Pricing is based on the complexity of your business and the services required. Monthly packages start at $350 per month, with final pricing confirmed after a free consultation. Flat monthly pricing ensures no surprise fees.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No long-term contracts are required. My services are offered on a month-to-month basis, providing flexibility as your business grows or changes.
What accounting software do you use?
I primarily support QuickBooks Online and Desktop. If you’re using another cloud-based accounting platform, we can discuss compatibility during your consultation.
Can you work with my CPA or tax preparer?
Absolutely. I provide CPA-ready financials and can coordinate directly with your CPA or tax professional to ensure a smooth tax season and accurate filings.
What if my books are behind or messy?
No problem. I offer catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping services to get your books back on track before transitioning into ongoing monthly support.
Do you handle taxes?
I do not file business taxes but prepare accurate records for your CPA or tax professional.
How often will I hear from you?
You’ll receive monthly financial reports at a minimum. Communication frequency depends on your service tier, and I’m always available via email for questions.
Is my financial information secure?
Yes. I use secure, cloud-based software and follow best practices to protect your financial data and maintain confidentiality at all times.
